Watch This!!: Secret Garden 2 - Versailles' {Dior}

There's nothing like a great fashion ad...don't you feel inspired?! Dior is a fashion powerhouse so we aren't surprised but appreciate the art!

The Château de Versailles, emblem of Dior's tradition, hosts a new tale which brings to life the Dior Fall 2013 collection. The chateau and its park abound with well-kept secrets. The heart of the royal land conceals an extraordinary world of poetry and color: in the depth of its mysterious woods a secret garden blooms out of sight, inhabited by flower-women. From the Petit Trianon to the enchanted forest, Versailles becomes the picturesque backdrop of a dreamlike tale.

Welcome Back: John Galliano gets a little help from Oscar de la Renta

I must say I am positive about the change that just got the fashion industry talking MORE than we already do!

Iconic fashion designer Oscar de la Renta {love him} is going to be lending his studio for the next few weeks to the ‘blacklisted’ fashion designer John Galliano. This is major being that Galliano was fired from his personal label and Dior. He made anti-Semitic comments to a few individuals at a cafe in Paris, two years ago

Personally, I was sadden by John Galliano's actions, because he is a true artist {like, for real}. Though that does not excuse his actions. I knew he would come back...too much talent to sit on. Galliano spent some time in rehab for his alcohol addiction {which was a factor} and avoided the spotlight, though his name made headlines a couple times for some designs during those 2 years.

Everyone deserves a second chance.  He is a new man, so hopefully he takes advantage. I think this is big of Oscar de la Renta.  Galliano is working on his Fall ’13 collection…can’t wait to see his comeback…this will be good! #WelcomeBack

An Unexpdcted Collabo: Raf Simons + Adidas

Wow...these fashion collaborations are getting really unpredictable, we would have never expected "Mr. Dior", Raf Simons to team up with Adidas. According to a press release, Simons designed a limited edition collection of men' sneakers for the athletic company, which debuted at his Paris menswear presentation this week. The collection {said to hit the selves in July} will include five models based on “signature Adidas high-end performance and running silhouettes” and will be available in three colorways.

Now we are wondering if a big Doir collaboration could be in the works anytime soon...hmm...

Dior Rouge Nude Gives {Back} to Free The Children

The Rouge Nude Lipcolor in Grège: Dior
The House of Dior has always shown a strong commitment to charity and now the brands' latest philanthropic initiative supporting Natalie Portman’s {face of the Rouge Nude campaign} new partnership with Free The Children, is giving you the opportunity to give back as you shop.

The new Dior Rouge Nude Lipcolor collection offers eight shades from light beige to more intense browns that will leave the classic feminine Dior gloss that we love. An exclusive, special shade of Rouge Nude Lipcolor Grège, #169, was created specifically for the charity, with ALL proceeds of the lipstick going to support a study grant fund for the secondary education of girls in Kenya.

“I chose the color Grège because it’s the one I’d pick to wear myself,” Portman stated. “The number contains different dates that are important to me and my family.”

The Rouge Nude Lipcolor in Grège {$32} will be available in September for at Dior.com.

Marc Jacobs turns down Dior??

Marc Jacobs

{Photo by Tim Whitby/Getty Images}

I have been waiting to get an update on the rumors of one of my favorite fashion designers, Marc Jacobs. According to fashionista.com, he has declined the offer to take over John Galliano's available position as head designer of Dior.

Let me fill you in briefly--over the top fashion designer, John Galliano, was fired from Dior, in reaction to his racial slurs toward two locals while at a spot in Paris.  It looks like they are stripping him of his career and forcing him to start from scratch. He was also fired from his own signature label, John Galliano.  This all took place at the beginning of the year.

After all of the madness, Marc Jacobs' name was in the forefront as a huge possible candidate to take on the job.  Not a bad idea, because he sure is more than qualified.

Though, who knows if this is set in stone, and it gets even more interesting.  Get the full scoop here!
