It's almost time for the September magazines to arrive {biggest fashion issue of the year} and we have the scoop on who may be on these special covers!

 First, let me say magazines opted for a safer route when choosing their chicks...last year some celebs didn't move issues like they wished. Sooo this year will be only white, blond babes making these covers. Heyyy they have to move issues *shrugs*.

W Magazine celebrates 40 years!

For W Magazine's latest cover story {Celebrating 40 Years}, they are featuring 4 leading ladies from the big screen who are representing 4 different decades of style. 

Chosen for the time warp are: Keira Knightly (new millennium woman), Scarlett Johansson (90's punk vixen), Mia Wasikowska (80's glam) and Ronney Mara (the 70's).

 The shots were taken by Steven Klein and  stylist Edward Enniful did the wardrobe.  This issue will include more cool shots and mini interview with each leading lady.

'Rockstar' Tom Cruise covers W Magazine

Tom Cruise is covering the latest issue of W Magazine and he is in costume as a 'rockstar god'.  Interesting, had I not read the article via Fashionista I would have kept that awkward stare o.0 at the veteran actor. 

But, it all makes since.  Tom Cruise has a movie coming out{Rock of Ages} in which he IS playing a 'rocktar god' character.....so this is just fun promo people, no need to be alarmed.  The almost 50 year old actor is not having a mid-life crisis, just go ol' promo!<< or was I the only one thinking this?? lol

The spread is not bad at all though, and get a load of that nipple!  Check out a few pictures below.
