Fashion has its SUITS




The fashion industry has been having its share of drama that's been going around lately, i.e. John Galiano. Although, that is not nearly as drama-filled and this situation. This has to do with copyright infringement. 


Popular shoe designer to the stars, Christian Louboutin, is suing his fellow iconic designer, Yves Saint Laurent, over using his signature red soles and selling the shoes in the same select Manhattan stores. Talk about adding insult to injury.


The "red sole" has been a Christian Louboutin signature since he stepped on the fashion scene with his boutique in 1991.  In 2008, Louboutin trademarked the design here in America.


This should being interesting...
