It's no secret how much I love the 90's {growing up years}. I'm from Anchorage and at that time it was VERY different than the lower 48 {AK lingo}; really laid back kinda state. Watching videos like below is for inspiration that hits another place in my heart-as well as letting me know I'm getting old-er lol.

Any who, Ralph Lauren is one of my fashion idols {#1 is Chanel}. Those two created classic lifestyle brands their customers can't live without. They have contributed so much to fashion. Fashion students like myself learn about these amazing designers, so one can't help but respect it and follow their lead. Fashion Love.

The 65th Primetime Emmy Awards were held September 22, 2013. A lot of ladies came to the red carpet looking rather glamorous, which is the ideal look for the Academy Awards.

Within the past few years, 'glam' and 'chic' have formed a pretty solid bond {I'M A FAN OF CHIC APPEAL}. Chic adds that extra something to a look.

  WPP and Millward Brown has released 2013’s BrandZ Top 100 list, which names the most valuable brands worldwide. Louis Vuitton {we should of known} hit the top spot for the second year in a row with company value at $22.7 billion and Hermes is #2 with a company value of $19.1 billion.

Luxury e-shop, Net-a-Porter has a new sales and marketing manager, Lisa Bridgett. In her new role, Bridgett will oversee sales and marketing strategies for the Net-a-Porter site. She will report directly to Alison Loehnis who filled Bridgett's position before being promoted to managing director in January 2012.

Bridgett previously ran digital marketing and e-commerce activity for Ralph Lauren Europe, which included the launch of three separate e-shops for the group. Prior to that job, the South Africa native was global director of digital marketing at EMI Music. Such experience in different strata of e-commerce and digital marketing made her a perfect fit with the ambitions of Net-a-Porter, led by Mark Sebba {CEO} and Nathalie Massenet {Executive Chairman}.
