Neon Spring 2013

Neon designers Dudu Bertholini and Rita Comparato are known in Brazil for their original prints and eccentricity. Both were heavily on display last week in an outside fashion show at Sao Paulo’s Ibirabuara Park during fashion week. The show was filled with some very bold looks thanks to prints inspired by Brazil's exotic beauty, making the show hugely different from any seen here in the US.

“I think this collection really translates what Neon is because our trademark is our exclusive prints,” Comparato explains before the show.

Here are my favorite looks from the collection.

“I think the Neon woman–she is exuberant and strong, she has a sense of humor and doesn’t take herself too seriously,” -Rita Comparato.

Are you a Neon woman?
