🦄Lakia is with the Chic!

Yup that's ME!
🤖AviKi is what I call my person avatar.

I'm a traditional fashion designer, however dabbling into
the fusion of 🎨fashion x technology is grandiose
to 💡the creative process.

📡AI technology is in its own world.

💁🏾‍♀️I would say the elephant, but there's nothing to hide....

The loudest, most quiet conversation in the fashion industry,
is the fusion between fashion x technology

👩🏾‍💻What's the scoop, you say?: AI
Modern cellphones were just the beginning.

Now, EVERYTHING is INTELLIGENCEand fashion is no exception.

The term "visionary designer" {on AIFW's website} is an excellent title for fashion designers,
specifically designing in the AI niche.

🤖AI Tools for Fashion and Interior Design

I'm convinced AI is the future, and the best is yet to come! At first I was on the fence with artificial intelligence because I dig grass root concepts {starting from scratch}, thinking for self. However, AI is everywhere and undeniable. Through research, I found a new love and obsession with Artificial Intelligence

✨walk with me, talk with me✨💃🏾

In a nutshell, developing projections via AI Generators  is the process of sifting through known data from a collective space, called the internet or software databases. Depending on "description request" {type some words in a box}, a unique result is curated.

Put it like this, AI provides the wherewithal of digging deep through simplistic measures.

Now☝🏾 this is 🕵🏾‍♀️my personal synapsis.

Anywho, here are a few more images TFC curated via  Cyberpunk Generator. I made like 15 images in less than an hour

Try guessing the "description requests"!

Remember, I keep my 🦄Chicadees and personal style in mind!

Fashion + Technology: Kinematics Dress by Nervous System - 3D Printed by Shapeways {Watch This!!}

When it comes to her look, a TFC is big on creativity and innovation . “She’s a treeend setta, she's a gooo getta” {you know the song lol} – personal style is EVERYTHING.

We've previously posted things about 3D fashions on the rise...check out this 4D dress!

Photog Steve Marsel via Nervous System

Nervous System created a 4D dress using their Kinematics System, which is a 4D printing system that generates complex, fold-able forms. The dress is made up of 2,279 unique triangular panels interconnected by 3,316 hinges in nylon fabrication.

The Kinematics System is great, because there is no need to put pieces together. A garment {dress, skirt or shirt} is ready to wear when it comes out of the printer!

Nervous System also created the Kinematics Cloththeir first app for clothing

This 4D dress below was produced in about 48 hours, using Shapeways factory in NYC.

Fashion & Technology: Janne Kyttanen and her Brilliant 3D Printing Designs {Watch This!!}

Fashion and Technology has become quite the couple. I've been telling you to keep your eyes on 3D printing; something real phenomenal is in the making.  Check out this dopeness created by Janne Kyttanen, Creative Director for 3D Systems!

via Design Milk:

Imagine never having to pack and bring a suitcase along every time you traveled? 3D printing master Janne Kyttanen has reduced everything you could need for a trip down into digital files so you can 3D print your stuff when you get there. That means, sending your luggage through email! How cool would it be if products and items of clothing could be sent through the interwebs just like an email or image would?!

Watch This!!

TOO Cool, right?!

Fashion Life: Non-wearable fashions that are stylishly cool + a Special Note!

There is power in fashion...you & me create it! =D

Special Note:

Fashion is an art. Art is clarity for me, which is expression that is subjective. Nothing is new under the sun, so being creative is based on your own perspective {opinions are okay}.

TFC has so much in store for you fashion chicks and fellows. You will start to see everything I've done with TFC {these past 3 years, applying what I was taught and learned *a formula*}, come together sooner than later!

Watch This!!: GPS for your shoes....'No Place Like Home'

This is a pretty kool invention.   You can't loose your step with GPS on your feet!  Check out the video below and see just what I mean! #Fashion+Technology

via Refiner 29:
After the wearer uploads an address via a USB drive and custom mapping software, the GPS technology can be activated by tapping the heels together. LED lights on the tip of the right shoe guide the wearer in the appropriate direction, while the left communicates wirelessly with an antenna to track your progress.

DFV + Google glasses {#NYFW Spring 2013} & Watch This!!

These are too cute to pass up on a post!  Read the paragraphs below for the full scoop and check out the video as well. The complete collection is also below!

via Mashable:

The augmented reality-enhanced glasses have many smartphone-like functions: users can take pictures, record video, receive messages and check calendars, among other things.
DVF’s team took advantage of Glass’s recording capabilities to make a short film about the show, released Thursday. The film, which is narrated by Furstenberg herself, takes viewers to pre-show fittings, backstage and down the runway in a little under four minutes. You can watch it above.
“He had Glass with him and I tried them. We thought it would be very cool to do something together. So we decided to make a little film and to give an entirely new perspective on our show,” Furstenberg said.

‘Like’able Fashion?

Photo: Mashable

Riding the techno wave, Brazilian retailer C&A has begun a new marketing strategy called FashionLike. Hanging their merchandise on wooden hangers embedded with digital counters.

How does it work? Simple….‘Like’ an item on C&A’s Facebook fanpage, the counter updates in real time. FashionLike is a very innovative way to marry fashion and technology. Even though there could be room for "sabotage” (switching hangers, fake likes) it seems like a great way to watch the trends.

Would you use {and buy clothes through} a process such as FashionLike?
