Missoni is not only designing apparel, but real estate too!  A Missoni-themed residential building is opening in Manila {Philippines}.  They are working with Century Properties Group to make it happen and with a $315.9 million budget for six condominium towers.  The towers will have 645 units priced from $82,000 to $613,000.  The condominiums will be called Acqua Livingstone, and they are scheduled to be completed in 2015.

Converse and Missoni collaborate on sneakers again!

Oh they did it again!

Converse and Missoni have collaborated on these casual-chic sneaks below!  I think they are super cute and you can really wear them with just about anything...just keep in mind of too many pattern clashes!  Skirts, dresses, shorts or pants...you know the usual things we pair with our Converse.  Keep it classic and oh so chic!  The green and white pair are for women and the blue pair are unisex.

You can get these sneakers for $200/ea, available at Missoni's Flagship store and some boutique shops or you can purchase them online at Converse.

Missoni is THAT fashion company! Do you remember me telling you about Missoni collaborating with Target?  

Missoni is not only designing apparel, but real estate too!  A Missoni-themed residential building is opening in Manila {Philippines}.  They are working with Century Properties Group to make it happen and with a $315.9 million budget for six condominium towers.  The towers will have 645 units priced from $82,000 to $613,000.  The codominims will be called Acqua Livingstone, and they are scheduled to be completed in 2015.

“We brought our colors and our style inside. It’s a happy, positive approach: summer colors, solar colors,” Vittorio Missoni said of the 52-story building. “Coming from the outside you’re going to be surprised. … It’s like opening a box and discovering something unexpected.”

BUT ehh...this is nothing for Missoni, being that they already have Missoni branded hotels in Edinburgh and Kuwait.

Don't we just love Target, always collaborating with our favorite designers! 

Next designer at bat is Jason Wu. He is the designer that reached overnight success designing First Lady Michelle Obama's 2009 Inauguration Ball gown.  So, we know he can deliver.  Get the scoop below, this should be a great collaboration following the blowout of Missoni for Target!

Sneak Peek: Missoni for Target!!!

If you've already seen my previous post of the news that Missoni, the ever so gorgeous label, is teaming up with target and it is a blockbuster deal!! (let me brief you here)

It is getting closer to debut time, so Missoni and Target are sharing some pictures of the pieces that will be featured in the collection.  These pieces will be in Target stores September 13, 2011!

Check out the photos below, there's something for everyone: men, women and children....EVERYONE!!

This is a Blockbuster for Target!!!! (older post)

I thought Target was really something when it collaborated with Mulberry, although the bags fell short to my expectation.  I did like the recent collaboration with Dolce Vita…I got my pair!

I am so excited that the newest label to collaborate with Target it Missoni!  Anyone familiar with this line already knows what to expect, but for a quick look go here.

Get this, Missoni will be Target’s biggest collaboration to date.  They will be producing over 400 items.  WOW. The collection will include men, women and children pieces as well as house wares all at Target's affordable prices.

Missoni is best known for their zigzag prints and great fabrics, so it will be cool to see the print incorporated within the entire line. This is a collaboration I will be breaking the door down for.  The collection drops September 13, 2011.
