Event: Atlanta International Fashion Week

 

That Fashion Chick was granted the opportunity to cover events during the 7th Annual Atlanta International Fashion Week as media. I was on assignment to cover the "Rip the Runway" Fashion Show on July 26, 2013, presented at 200 Peachtree. This was my first time in the venue and it is gorgeous...very old Hollywood Glam!! The fashion show began with kiddie collections followed by collections for young adults {18-30} that ranged from current trends to exotic edge. All of the designers did a great job on their pieces and the models were amazing.

Event: Atlanta International Fashion Week

Atlanta International Fashion Week was here. I attended their last show of the week, which was in downtown Atlanta. I enjoyed the show so I'm sharing my highlights! 

First I had to get my make up done, shout out to my MUA, Cabby (adamoartistry.com)!  I took some candid shots before I left.  Oh and this is before I did my hair, thought I throw that in there. Lol

I will have to break this look down in another post, lets just say it was all the way HOT!

At the show...

It was pretty dark in there, my poor camera, I just put it down and enjoyed the show.  Thanks to Kirsten and Cash Carter, I have some shots to share.

MY FAVORITE MOMENT!!!

Tiffany Evans (recording artist/actress) and Lakia Fashae' (That Fashion Chick)

Let's just say I was excited to get a quick moment with Tiffany Evans.  She was so cool and down to earth, and I am not just saying that! We talked some fashion:

• She loves Givenchy!
• Givenchy is her red carpet choice, makes here feel  nice and sexy
• Christian Louboutin is her choice of shoe...of course!
