Vintage Sheer Blouses {All under $50}

 

Sheer blouses are a great way to display instant chic appeal. It works for everyone and goes with everything {we love that}! You can pair your blouse with a tank, camisole or possibly a bandeau {try to stay away from the all out bra look}. Style as you please, whether tucked in, laying over your waistband or tied at the ends. Some long sleeve sheer blouses look cute with the sleeves pushed above the elbows {I do this}. It changes the look a bit and adds a nice personal touch. There are a lot of great styles...I picked a few all under $50 {vintage style} below!

That Fashion Chick Lakia Fashae' working: classic swing coat

Hello my fashionistas and fashionistos, Lakia Fashae' here! I'm excited to update you on the pieces I've been working on, in my workroom. So far I have 5 pieces completed and another 2 in progress.  I'm not going to jinx myself and say the deadline, but everything is on time! 

The latest piece is a classic swing coat with 3/4 sleeves. It’s faux leather with houndstooth trimming, which both coincide with previous pieces.  I put in a snap button {though I'm contemplating on changing} and hand-sewed the top button.

I also have some clutches my big sibber Esha designed for TFC {even though she's a hair stylist..#talent:}, so as soon as time permits they will be made and sold on TFCB!! Speaking of TFCB, I have new arrivals to add...mobile sales are doing great *wink, wink*!  You will see a lot of great product on TFCB for 2013. We are definitely figuring the grove! =D 

Look for Today: Casual Friday @ Work

Today is casual Friday at work and I took these shots, quite the photog huh? I received some nice compliments today, check me out! lol

*I will summarize this look as casual but stylish*  

Hair: parted on top and  loose, pull-back tail
Make Up: eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss
Jewelry: clear studs, dove necklace
Clothing: casual top with see through back & white tank underneath, mild-dark wash denim, Betsey Johnson belt with inside leopard print
Shoes:  Dolce Vita for Target!
Highlight: shoes, belt and the Sally Hansen purple pastel nail polish with O.P.I glitter top coat
